Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on GST paid for auditor fees when a dealer handles both taxable and exempt goods. Generally, you can claim the full ITC. However, if you deal in exempt products, you may need to apportion the ITC based on turnover, reversing the portion attributable to exempt supplies.
