Eligibility for nov.14 ca final exam ???
I had joined my articleship on 15th March 2012 & took transfer on 30th Sep. 2013. Now i had started articleship at new CA on 15th Oct. 2013. But my previous CA had counted 186 leaves. So now will i be still eligible for Nov. 14 attempt ???

u will be eligible to write final exams only after completion for 2 1/2 years of ur articleship training

coz 1 of my frnd had same case but she said attempt will not shift. Only artcilceship period will extend.

only after completion of 2.5 years articles is eligible for final attempt but leaves also consider as articles period for example ,
an article student admit in article under a CA on 01.03.2013 .he/she is eligible for final attempt on complete of 2.1/2 (this 2.5 year article Period contains Leaves Also irrespective of leaves taken)year articles (i.e NOV'2015)
so, U R eligible for NOV'14....
