only after completion of 2.5 years articles is eligible for final attempt but leaves also consider as articles period for example ,

           an article student admit in article under a CA on 01.03.2013 .he/she is eligible for final attempt on complete of 2.1/2 (this 2.5 year article Period contains Leaves Also irrespective of leaves taken)year articles (i.e NOV'2015)
