1.Is it required to have a E-way bill?
2.Who has to prepare the E-way bill?
3.The E-way bill compulsory from 1st Feb onwards is only for Intra State supplies. So is it applicable for supply from Indore to Bangalore?

2. Priority wise > 1. Seller or 2. Buyer or 3. Transporter
3. Yes... Applicable...
Note : E-Way is compulsory from 1st February for INTER STATE SUPPLIES.... It's not applicable for Intra State supply. But, Some States are Passed the E-way bill from 1st February 2018....
