Constitution of the applicant for st-1 registration

Hi,

  I am renting out immoval property (commercial) hence planning to register for ST-1 to obtain ST Reg Number. I got confused what will be constitution of applicant in my case. I am an individual renting out the building. No firm/company associated with me. What should I fill in under constitution of the applicant and what documents I should submit for that.
