Can petrol dealers who supplies lubricants along with petrol, be eligible to opt composition scheme.??...Sec 10(2) specifies that registered person shall not be eligible to composite scheme if he supplies goods or services which are not leviable under this act...clarify pls..

Hi rameshar... According to my analysis Petrol bunks are not eligible to opt composition scheme..if their turnover exceeds 75 lakhs which is inclusive of petrol...
