calculaton of CApital Gain.

 partnership firm had purchased property for Rs.250000/- as on 14-01-1988. (Area- 4872.1)Sqmtr. nw the partner wants to saleout 1342 sqmtr after exp for developemnt of rs.505430/-.wht is capital gain and tax????

2500000+505430  *1342 use appropriate indexation.
