Note: Service receivar is not service provider but manufacturer of excisable goods and also paying service tax under RCM.

I think it is one year from date of invoice..
There is condition of actual payment against such invoice to provider of service within 3 months. Whether such condition is aplicable to serice receiver who paiying S.T. on RCM and claiming S.T. on Input Services ?
