What is the nature of income. Whether he operating it himself or income from hiring of JCB??

Yes . You can opt section 44AD for receipt from Running JCB. Reason Business of running JCB vehicle is not covered under section 44AE.

Is there any applicability of service tax of gross receipts exceeds 10 lakhs for AY2017-18 for above business

Mr. Anjani Kumar Please deeply specify your first question. Presently there is no service tax but levied if aggregate turnover exceed 20 lac.
