A complete balance sheet is not required under Section 44AE when filing ITR-4. The taxpayer only needs to declare the minimum presumptive income ($₹1,000$ per ton per month) and enter four basic financial figures in the return: Debtors, Creditors, Stock, and Cash Balance.
