I believe there is no substitute to hardwork .As the saying goes "Hardwork is the stepping stone to success" .All the successful people in this world have achieved success through hardwork only.As Malcolm Gladwell quite aptly mentions in his book "Outliers" about the 10,000 hour rule which states that success in most of the fields depends \upon enormous practice and effort.
Our great former president Dr A P J Abdul kalam, has achieved all this success only through sheer hardwork. To supporth is studies,he started off as a newspaper vendor. Then later in his engineering education ,he worked very hard and bagged scholarships which helped him fund his education .Even our Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, who was born invillage without electricity studied in candlelight and still stood first throughout his academic career. All possible through hardwork. The life of Mr Narayan Murthy also establishes the importance of hardwork. From having slept at a railwaystation for 2 days without food to starting Infosys in a one room flat to taking Infosys to its current level is no meantask .Such a seemingly impossible task made possible only through hardwork .What else other than hardwork can beattributed to the success of Mr Sunil Mittal of Bhararti Airtel?Sunil Mittal started a small bicycle business in Ludhiana. From then on with his sheer hardwork,he moved on trying understanding various businesses and finallyfounded Airtel and made it a great success.Kesari Patil, the owner of Kesari Tours, started kesari Tours at the age of 50.Only through sheer determination and hardwork, was he able to take Kesari to new heights within a short time. All greatsports persons have to practice a lot and only then are they able to maintain their performance
With all these examples before me,I truly believe that there is no substitute to hardwork.Only hardwork can change"IMPOSSIBLE" to "I AM POSSIBLE".The only shortcut to success is hardwork. So keep working hard and success will just be a step away!!
