Three different services (billed seperately for Rs. 22500 each service, total aggregating to less tham Rs. 75000) Will the tax be deducted at source??

the ans is no as single bill is not exceeding rs 30,000 and also in aggregate its not exceeding 75,000

under 194C no. Under 194J yes.

nihkil how can say its under 194J when rishab havent mentioned whether its a professional service provided or not and hitting 194J.

I am saying that if the said payment is being made under 194C, then No TDS shall apply. However, if the payment is being under 194J, the deduction shall apply. This is a general statement. Plus, no other section shall apply to a service bill if I am not mistaken!!
