If a regular dealer purchases goods from compisition dealer, wheather he has to pay full tax on sell because he can not avail of ITC. Or this supply will be assumed nill rated supply.

It's exempted / Nil rated inwards supplies... Also it ll be shown in separate column...

oh! sorry, but how will be the outward supply nill rated or taxable, which is purchased from a composition dealer.
