Sir due tds mismatch we got some penalty please suggest how to rectifiy

Agreed with Sanjay Sir, You have to check which tds amount was not matched with your data and if you found you need to rectify by asking your deductor to rectify the mistake what they have done.

pls check the entry make by you in tds return and match the challan with TDS deduction entry make in books. if these are same then no demand raise by the deptt.
