Respected sir/madam
I filed my ITR V within due date for the assessment year 2013-14 with a refund of Rs. 16707/-. But i forgot to send ITR V acknowledgement duly signed within 180 days. After 180 days i send ITR V to CPC Banglore. Now i had seen the message "ITR V Received after due date" from ITR V status site. Now how can i get refund? Please guide me.

Wait for the intimation from the IT dept. They will inform u about that...

Is there any chance to file revised return with small modification as mistake before 31.03.2014 to regularize the time?

Sir Y should U file the revise return? There is no mistake in ur return.. If there is some modification in the return then u can revise it, only for ITR V I will suggest not to revise it..
