: Difference between CENVAT & VAT
The basic difference between the two is that in case of CENVAT we can take credit of Excise duty & service tax only (means whatever provided in rule 3 of cenvat credit rules), but in case of VAT we can take credit of what ever tax paid by us, so my question is that assume my output vat liability is 500000.00, nad input purchased by me contains the excise duty 150000.00 & input vat 299000.00( on 1+2)can i adjust output liability by 150000.00 & 299000.( total =349000.00) and pay the net 151000.00. My output is exempted from excise duty and also i am not providing any services. thanks in advance -

: Just guide me on share trading income.
I think that when there is purchase & sales of shares, it will reasult in to capital gain, but in some cases it is considered as speculative income. Why? please clear me on this point. Again I'm very thank ful to u. -
