A French Company wants to start a new company in India and the main aim is to train & educate students in finance & management sector she wants to form 100% Subsidiary company of the Parent company, can she? Else what other option does it have As i have understood, under FEMA foreign company cannot do the business in education sector. Under the circumstances can the company do the business?
