About me

Hello to every one,

                                   This is Dintakurthi Tirumala from Gudivada, 45km away from Vijayawada,Andhrapradesh. I am simply and straight forward person. I am very frankness and I want truth always. I like to share my knowledge with others and help to others as level my best. I completed my graduate and now I am CA Final Year student and I completed my articleship.

                                       Some of the reasons I couldn’t tell my aim at this time. I want to revel this very soon.

              Some of the reasons I couldn’t provide my other details like merits, advantages etc… but I want to update very soon.

              My main demerit is “ Hand writing” but I thinking always it may be give benefit to my future.

My Message: At any situation or time don’t loose confidence of your self be thinking positive always and don’t leave it till get that what you want.

    pls help me sir, If ABC Pvt. Ltd.is new Co. & M/s xyz (firm) is sister concerns.when opening the bank a/c cash .Rs.10000 & Rs.300000 is deposited in pvt.ltd.Co's bank a/c on same day & bank time is closed. Is it ok for opening bank a/c for pvt. ltd. or what can do .

    Sir, I've took a transfer from my previous employer on 11th of Feb'13 (date of expiry of my 1 yr's training: 14th of Feb'13). But due to serious family issues i could not take a new registration till 13th April'13. Also the transfer form could not be sent then. Now I'm suggested to clarify the situation and know the penalties if any in this case. As far as i'm getting it, i shud send the transfer form alongwith my new registration accompanying an application. Kindly guide me.....
