Our Office is Government organisation. We have deducted Income tax of a party @10% u/s 94J instead of @2.06% u/s 94C. That organisation are government undertaking organisation . Now this party of a Government Organisation want refund amount 7.94% which is deducted excess. We have credited deduct amount in Reserve Bank of India by challan. Now about this major problem we cannot efile 26Q3 to NSDL.What we do please explain me. Regards K.M. Naitam
