The validity of articleship deed is 60 days. But time period of submitting such form is not given in CA regulation.

Hi Harish Please check, in your loan agreement, the option of conversion is given. If such option to convert loan in to preference is not given then make a fresh agrement to become a member of the company, because to be a member their should be written permission.

Hi Mr. Mishra, I am an ACS in a company, the company had given loans to its WOS in US & Singapore in the year 2007-08. Now the company intends to convert the above loans to preference shares in the respective WOS aborad. Is it a viable option? Where can I refer to advise my management? Thanks Harish Adithya
