@Rekha.... Deed of Articles in Form 102 by affixing 'Special Adhesive Stamp' thereon or on a non-judicial stamp paper of the value as per rate in force in the City / State.

sir..is form 102 to be submitted to the institute...if yes...then what is franking?? i mean should the deed be made on a stamp paper or only sticking adhesive stamp on the articles deed 102 would do the work?? and one more doubt sir...should the form 102 be attested??...plz reply
