Sir, I have taken transfer from my firm on 28th september 2012 and submitted the transfer from on 15th october 2012, then again i have rejoined the same firm in the last week of october 2012. My qustion is that can i mention the date 1st october 2012 as my joining date in the form 103 as my principal have no objection on it.?? And will ICAI object on it as such i have deposited transfer form on 15th october 2012 but showing joining date of 1st october 2012??????
