@Indrajit.... No need to take COB, because a private company changing its status from private to public then no need to take this certificate. The private company has already commence business so no need.

A private limited company change into Public limited company in the year 2011.Now this company not applied business commence certificate.Can this company open a bank account without the certicate as it is mandatory for a public limited company.
