Respected Sir, My name is kantheti vamshi venkatesh and Presently i am doing my articleship,I have cleared both groups of IPCC in november-2011 and still i did not get my IPCC pass certificate and Articleship Registration Certificate. I have given a call to Redhills, Chennai branch & i have even written a letter but i could not get any response. Please help me out. For F.y , we require to have board in each quater . Now my query is what all resolutions must be passed in board meeting , other than from adoption of accounts and adoption of audited accounts and notice of AGM ? CAN ALL DES REOLUTIONS BE PASSED IN SECOND BOARD MEETING? My second query can the directors report date be different from board meeting date (mEANS CAN THE DIRECTOR REPORT BE PREPARED AFTER BOARD MEETING) My third query what all resolutions are required to pass for signing of form 20B, 23 Ac, 23 ACA?
