I am in my Professional Programme, appearing for December Exam. I am Working at a Engineering College(Approved by AICTE) as Establishment Executive since from 1.5 Years. The College is registered under a Trust Deed, But has a Gross Fixed assets more than Rs. 50 Lacs. Will I be eligible for Exemption for Management training of 15 months under Section 48 of Company Secretaries Regulation 1982. Please Guide Thanks Smita

dear sir, i am a doctor running a a partnership firm, want to convert it in limited liability partnership. i got two differnent views from two concern person regarding immovable property owned by the firm. one view is that we have to pay stamp duty as much as require for sale deed for tranfering the property to LLP. and the other says not require. sir please let me know what to do ?
