I have following query as mentioned in mail regard to training enrollment & exemption in training. But on some of the issue I need clarification or guidance of CS Training dept. staff. @Hema... No, you can not issue right shares to different class of shareholders. If you are issuing right shares to Pref share holders then only prefrens share have right to take benefit of right share. The same will be in case of right shares are issued to equity shareholders.
