If in a public ltd. company a director who being resident but the residential status of his is NRI for the financial year 2012-13, then is there any liabilty attracts to the company in respect of the same. Plz revert asap.

Dear Sir, I joined CA on Sep 2012. Now I'm doing my articles. I want to do MBA (in distance education mode) along with CA . Is it require to file form 112 even though for distance education mode courses. Pls let me know.
