Hi Can you suggest me the process to take transfer. My articleship has been started on 1st of July 2015 and I have taken the leave of around 1.5 months and now I want to take transfer. I am taking transfer on 20th June officially and will show the leave of 15 days to avoid ICAI interference. Principal is also agreed on the same. But I'm serving upto 15th August. Is it ok to send the form 109 to ICAI for tranfer after 15th August having the transfer date of 20th June.

My company wants to acquire shares of another company in which all the shareholders are Non residents. and the other company's shareholders are ready to give all the shares without any consideration. My ques is it possible to acquire 100% of shares without any consideration if yes what would be the procedure and reporting requirements?
