hello sir, kindly guide me on my service tax query. " Coal washing / Beneficiation is a taxable service under the category of Business Auxillary Services. But whether the income from sale of reject coal from coal washery is also liable to service tax ?, if so under which category / rule ? kindly suggest. Thanks. -

Mr. Shyamlal this reply is in reponse to querry of Mr. Rishabh : If you hav done efilling, return will be processed one by one and surely .you will get refund shortly. 2 there may reason of non credit of TDS in your account , U can check AS26. 3. U can write simple letter to AO for non receipt of refund. Surana -

: Tds on transportation
Whether TDS has to be deducted if we have the PAN no. of Transporter? it is not mentioned on the bill which is provided by the party so whether it is necessary that the PAN should be mentioned on the bill .....Please reply as soon as possible
