plz tell me whether TDS is applicable on interest to partners or remuneration to partners. Also tell me whether TDS is applicable on remuneration to partner...if yes please given me relevant section or notification.

sir , actually i completely deduct TDS and deposit it to govt.But not submit my TDS RETURN for A.Y.2009-10 BUT incurrent year i submit TDS RETURN for A.Y.2010-11 till date..So i asked you what process i now followed and what amount penalty i should deposit,further is any way for save from this penalty..

Dear Mr. Jha I read your answer for TDS on transporter query. you mentioned that if transporter is providing PAN then no tds from 01.10.09 to 31.03.10. But there is no restriction till 31.03.10 so after this also if PAN is providing by transporter than no TDS applicable. Please correct me with reference if I am wrong
