Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Sir My name is Shantha im an HR in an IT Organization our organization currently has salary advance policy wherein an employee can avail 1 month gross as his salary advance, however recently couple of senior leaders want to make this as Salary loan instead of advance, please let me know which is beneficial for organization and employee. Also would appreciate if you can let us know the steps that we need to follow before we can start the Salary loan policy. Regards Shantha

Hello Sir ..We have authorised Preference Share capital of Rs 1 Lac However there is no Issued Or Subscribed or Paid up Capital of Preference shares.. But in MGT-7 form they are not allowing us to write "Zero" 0 in Paid up/Subscribed/Issued Preference share capital saying that the number has to be greater than "0".. Please Help
