Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

1. Is franking can be done on affidavit and indemnity bond of Rs. 100 (in state of gujarat). 2. Our registered office at Roc is very old and now that building is also not there i.e. it is demolished. Now should i file with the same old registered address or what should i do. Is there any letter submitted by Roc at that address. Should we have to apply at ROC to collect the necessary document by hand from Ahmedabad ROC. 3. what happen to assets and liabilites which we are showing in statement of accounts. How shareholders get their money back.

Hello Sir, I have a problem concerning TDS not deducted by my previous employer. I worked in a startup consulting company in noida for 4 months during July 2010 to October 2010 (which is also the start of my professional career as i am 2010 passout and this was my campus placement). I suspect my previous company have not submitted the TDS amount against my PAN for these 4 months. I checked this information on NSDL website in FORM 26AS which shows TDS for only 2 months deducted by my present company. My previous company ofcourse deducted some amount against TDS but they have not given any tax computation sheet or any other proof referring the company as startup company and not having any system in place at the moment. I wish to ask about how to deal with situation and what prblems it can cause at the time of ITR filling.

I need clarification about axis bank Loan processing charges/bank guarantee commission/ L.C. charges etc...tds deducted or not...today we go to income tax office he say give him some clarification why not deducted tds this charges...sir pls give me relevant law or section
