Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

I want to know the entries in Tally. How to create the Ledger in Tally. When we give advance, payment for salary. How to create in Tally and posting of a Journal. And How to pass for every person. If we go to ledger, I will enter the person name only. Salary, advance, travel advance, travel expense, travel reimbursement,PF, ESIC, PT, TDS everything has to come in the ledger. when we enter a person name. Could you plz give me a answer.

Thanks for your reply of 5th June. With regards to this I would like to give more specific background which is as follows: 1) there are two first directors in the family-run private ltd co. There are no other directors. 2) both the first directors are also the permanent directors. 3) the Memorandum & Articles of the pvt ltd co says that regulations contained in S255 regarding retirement of directors by rotation and appointment in general meetings shall not apply to them. 4) my question is whether one of the two permanent directors can leave and have a new replacement director notwithstanding what is said under (3) above. Thank you very much for your help.
