Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Digbijoy Ghosh says : Error message registering DSC
I am facing problem while Registering my Digital Signature Certificate and a error message is coming " Invalid Digital Signature Certificate. The trusted Parent Certificate could not be verified." I am using Windows7X32bits operating system as well as Java Runtime above 1.6 version and I have the validity of my Digital Signature till Tue Mar 26 18:50:08 IST 2013, Please suggest me an advice. If I am an Employer, And i satisfy the employer definition as per Gratuity Act. From when I have to make the provision for Gratuity in my books, against Gratuity payable for my employees.After one year I have to tell my employee to make a nominee for his amount. If none of my employee for works for 5 years, what should I do with that amount,Can I withdraw that amount and utilise that any other purpose. Can I forfetied that amount.
