Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Sir.. i gave CS executive module 2 in dec 2012 and got 63 marks (exemption) in securities law and comliances. Now which sylaabus and module is applicable for me?? please answer and help as institute is not ansering call. thanking you.

Sir, If TDS during a Financial Year is not deducted from the party in due time, can we just get a letter from the party stating that they have already paid the service tax and hence we need not deduct the TDS from them. Or should we pay the TDS and deduct it from the party in the next bill. Kindly advice me on that

A certified copy each of the Board of Directors Resolutions (i) stating whether or not the directors of the company have adequate professional experience in matters related to finance, securitisation and reconstruction, (ii) stating that none of the directors are disqualified to be appointed as directors as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and (iii) stating that the company, if carrying on any other business other than the business of securitisation /asset reconstruction as defined in the Act on or before the date of application, will cease to carry on any such business by June 20,2003 if the company is granted registration by RBI ( carrying out the business of securitisation, which does not fall under the definition of Securitisation as in Section 2(I)za of the Act, will fall under 'other activity' ).
