: Unutilised cenvat credit
Sir, We are manufacturers and supply to PSU against PAC, under which such supply has been given a status of 'deemed export'. For such supply we do not collect ED in our invoice therefore a sizable amount of cenvat credit of inputs remains unutilised. 1.Can we claim refund of such unutilised credit? 2.If yes,What is the procedure or form to follow?
