sir, but there is no annual return and accounts prepared by the company also no auditor was appointed hence no auditor's report and there is no Account in the name of the Company. now Pls tell what to do?

thanks for ur prompt attempt..For one query i got the solution from the RBI itself which is in the process of releasing new notification..But i am not happy with RBI..Bcz draft notifications will become effective before they are released. If we are advising a client we should advice on the basis of existing Notification..But in this case its difficult.. Any ways..we are practicing..lets practice..Happy new year.

i think ur talking abt ur query regarding invt abroad.... actually im not much into foreign invt...but it depends largely on the place where ur investing and the form in which ur investing bocz laws r diff. fotr firms, cos. etc sorry cant reolve ur query.
