please advise on following: If an auditor is providing Tax advisory service to a company, in such a case is it a non audit service or not. If it is whether MGT 14 is required to be filed by the company for appointment of such auditor? Thanks in advance.

Sir, This is regarding the query you answered. You have mentioned the rates applicable on Air travel agents. but i was asking whether any markup in the AirPort Tax would be taxable. Further whether YR and YQ Taxes are also liable for service Tax.
