sir, i have registerd for cs in 2011 for executive programme but still not given exam but now i am preparing for eam for dec attempt. i want to knw that what formalities i have to do for eligible for exam in dec 13 cs.

You need to submit 1 Response sheet for each paper for which you are appearing in exam. You also need to complete SIP and computer training requirements, if not completed already.
