R/ Sir,

i want to know about ESIC,
What is ESIC, benefits of ESIC, ESIC will be deduct from basic salary or it will deduct from gross salary, and percentage of ESIC to be deduct from salary.

CA final attempt for PCC convert students from PEII.

I cleared my PEI in may 2004.thereafter i cleared my PEII 2nd group in Nov 2007.due 2 exaust of 5 consecutive attempts, got converted 2 PCC course.I also get my Articleship started.I cleared my 1st group in may 2009 in PCC course.my question is when i will get my final attempt.whether it will b after completion of 2 yrs of articleship or after completion of entire articleship i.e after 3 and half yrs.

Query reg the date of signing the Annual Return in Form 20B

In Form 20B, for mentioning the date of signing the Annual Return,

Can we put the date of AGM only, as the system will accept the date ‘on or after the AGM date’?

Please confirm whether I shall put the AGM date as the date of signing the Annual Return.

Online Service Tax Return Filling

The Central Board of Excise & Customs has launched the new system of filling service tax return for all assessee through site Automation Of Central Excise & Service Tax (ACES) but after sining in it shows the tab of REturns but it does not open after cliking.
If anybody know the procedure of filling the online return through that site plz help me.
