Difference PVIFA and PVIF

i m running a partnership firm nd made a fixed deposit in nationalised bank in name of firm.plz tel me interest earned on fdr will be business income or otherwise.

section 80DD on TWO PH dependants.

Sir,
I have TWO Physically handicapped dependants.

Section 80DD says Rs 50,000/- deduction in Total income eligible on a PH dependant.

May I able to Use section 80DD on both of PH dependants to get deduction of One lakh? (I mean Rs fifty thousand on each dependant)

My office people are agreeing only for one dependant and they are giving deduction of 50,000 only.
Please help me in getting deduction on my second dependant also.
In section 80DD it is written as

"A dependant deduction of Rs.50,000/-"

It means the word "A dependant" indicates "I am able to take on every dependant"
But my office people are not agreeing this. I have asked in the income tax department also and I got only neglect answer.
Kindly do justification for me.

Help on Excel 2007

I have doubt in adding cell contents of a row in MS Excell

e.g I have
total
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 From to
Name * * * * * * * * * *

I want a formula so as to add cell contents as =SUM(from:end), WITHOUT giving direct cell reference, but want to give the reference as From: 1, To: 8
so that excell should make a total of data in the row from row"1" to row"8".

I want to have separate two cells where i could directly give these cell references

Procedure to opt out of PF

One more query.

If the employee opts out of PF Contribution, what's the procedure to opt out? In this context, what's the obligation of Employer, should he still continue to contribute 12 % of Salary as PF? or he can also stop contribution since the employee opted out?
