Non resident income from outside & inside india

Hi Friends,
I want to know whether is it compusory to disclose the income earned outside india by a non resident in his income tax return along with his income earned in india(ie interest on Capital from partnership firm).In short Non resident has income from both outside india and from inside india,is it compulsory to disclose the income earned outside india since non resident's income earned outside india is exempt from tax as per Indian Income tax... Please Reply Friends...

Exemption from service tax

A Company which is in the business of providing educational content on website to ICSI/CBSE/IIT students for paid or free basis proposes to take a premise on lease

Exemption from service tax under section 65(90a) of Chapter V of the Finance Act, 1994 reads:

'Renting of immovable property to an educational body imparting knowledge on skill or knowledge or lessons on any subject or field, other than a commercial training or coaching institute.'

Can the company claim exemption from payment of service tax to the landlord based on above

sir,

we are paying p.tax of all our branches in india, in maharashtra.

but deducting according the states rules where the branches located

is it possible ? how the return is to be filed & pl.send me the form no 5 for annual return
