This is the most common question that individuals at this age face. At this age, where we have to deal with our career, goals and relationships, our mind often feels anxious and confused. Believe me my friend, you are not the only one experiencing all these intrusive thoughts popping in mind and making you more anxious. In fact, most youngsters go through the same situation. This is that period of our life where our actions today will define our future, so a bit of anxiousness seems bearable. Many of us give up because all these series of thoughts make it so fearsome, but we never realize giving up is not an option. At this point in life, giving up on your dreams will bring more troublesome thoughts of self-doubt, lack of confidence and will make you even more vulnerable.
At this age, questions like
- "How will my future look like?",
- "Am I competent enough to be in this competition of life?",

are very common but instead of wasting time overthinking on these self-doubts, working to build your about future will help you more.

This question is almost the root cause of all these noisy thoughts in our mind, but you have to keep some guts to suppress all these negative thoughts. Life is not about wondering about the future, it's about your present actions. I am not saying one should not plan their future or that they should not think about their future, but it should be in an organized way, because unorganized and vague thoughts in your mind will never give you expected results.

This is something I have always heard but I believe what you think should be reflected in your actions first, and only then your thoughts will follow you in reality. I know all of us who are constantly trying to secure our future with hard-work, dedication and efforts will end up making it look so beautiful like a Christmas tree. Make all possible efforts to make your life look so splendid, whoever takes a glimpse of your life feel that life is meant only to be lived like this.
