- DEVELOPS SELF ESTEEM
- GIVES US A SENSE OF DIRECTION
- DEVELOPS POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND BELIEF
- IMPROVES OUR THOUGHT PROCESS and so on.
AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS BEING ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT CAN ONLY BE LEARNED WHEN WE SEE OUR PROBLEMS AS CATALYSTS, NOT AS THE PATH HINDERS.
PROBLEMS ARE NOT THE ROAD BLOCKERS IN OUR WAY, RATHER THEY ARE THE PATHWAYS THAT LEAD US TO THE JOURNEY OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.
