Some Major Changes:

- Notification No. 5/2006-CE for refund of Cenvat Credit superseded by Notification No. 27/2012-CE(NT) dt. 20.06.2012
- New Rule 5B in CCR, 2004 for Refund of Cenvat Credit to Service Providers covered under Reverse Charge
- Place of Supply Rules, 2012- Export & Import of Service Rules rescinded.
