Reality: The stock market can provide you good returns over the long term, but it is not the way to make quick money. Successful investing requires patience, discipline and importantly long-term perspective.

Reality: Anyone having a proper approach to it and education that how stock price move on the basis of fundamentals and on the basis of technical, so it is important to educate oneself on the basics of investing and to develop investment strategies.

c) Myth 3: (Mostly this) The stock market is Gambling :)

Reality: Investing in the stock market is not gambling, yeah there is risk involved but investing is based on fundamental analysis of companies and their financial performance, not based on gambling.

 

d) Myth 4: The stock market is too risky

Reality: While there is risk involved in investing, the stock market historically provided good returns over the long term and diversification can mitigate high-risk investments.
