Note: it's also known as Udyam or Udyog Aadhar certificate. You can download the MSME certificate from the Udyam Registration website in following steps:

Step 1: Visit the Udyam link udyamregistration.gov.in.
Step 2: On web page, you will find a Print/Verify drop-down menu.
Step 3: From the many select the option Print Udyam Certificate.
Step 4: Udyam login page will open.
Step 5: Enter required details on the login page, such as your 16-digit Udyam Registration Number (format: UDYAM-XX-00-0000000) and the mobile number you had filled in on the MSME registration application.
Step 6: Choose one option available from two on mobile or on email.
Step 7: After entering OTP click on verify.
Step 8: Now you can View your udyam certificate.
Step 9: To get a certified copy, select Print or Print with Annexure from the top centre of the page.

In print you will get the certificate only.
In print with annexure the certificate will come with the Udyam Aadhaar Memorandum (UAM) application.
