Shares and unpaid dividends must be transferred to IEPF within 30 days of the end of the financial year.

The annual statement (IEPF-2) must be filed within 60 days from the Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year.

IEPF-4 is a statement to the Fund by the company detailing transfers made under rule 6(3)(c) within 30 days of the corporate action.

Amounts must be remitted to the IEPF fund within 30 days of such amounts becoming due for credit to the Fund.

Companies must maintain records filed under rule 5(1) in the same format, along with all supporting documents, for inspection.
