ICAI AI tool is an AI-powered Chabot developed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India to assist Chartered Accountants (CAs), accounting professionals, and entities in preparing and presenting financial statements.
Purpose of the ICAI GPT
The tool is built upon the “Guidance Note on Financial Statements of Non-Corporate Entities” issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) to:
- provide a comprehensive framework for the preparation and presentation of the financial statements by non-corporate entities in India.
- act as a knowledge support system for:
- Non-Corporate Entities (e.g., Proprietorships, partnerships, HUFs, trusts, etc)
- LLPs (Limited Liability Partnerships)
- NPOs (Not-for-Profit Organizations, including societies, trusts)
Who Can Use It?
ICAI CA GPT Beta Version Exclusive for ICAI Members, ICAI Students and Foreign Member Login only which means ICAI registered members and students can only use this platform for now.
To log in:
- Visit AI Website https://ai.icai.org/
- You need to enter your 6-digit ICAI Membership Number.
- Click Send OTP to get a One-Time Password on your SSP-registered mobile number.
- By entering OTP you can access to the CA GPT interface.
