Words will sound empty if your emotions don't match your words

We say what we mean and we mean what we say. When we break from this pattern and say things we don’t really mean, we move “out of integrity”.

Personal power comes from being in integrity and diminishes whenever our integrity is undermined. And lying is one of the ways we do that.

If your actions do not prove the truth of your words, then your words are nothing more than lies.

The right words spoken in the right way can bring us love, money and respect, while the wrong words or even the right words spoken in the wrong way can lead a country to war. We must carefully plan or coordinate the elements of (a situation) to produce a desired effect of our speech if we want to achieve our goals and bring our dreams to fruition.

When you express your true emotions in your trademark way, you become a unique and specific individual in the mind of others, not just a face in the crowd. You acquire a personality and flavor all your own. You become indelible (i.e. creating a mark) in others memories. One of the E.g. Sandeep Maheshwari (Founder & CEO of Images Bazaar) if you will go through his sessions you will be able to feel how his words create a mark in the minds of each and every individual sitting in Audience the only core reason I find out behind that is he meant each and every word he speaks, his words don’t sound empty, his emotions are continuously flowing through his words and actions.

Words correctly chosen which link with once emotions can lead one to become great leader, can help you win elections, win trust of the people, people will follow you. You can see as we go back in time great leaders like Bhagat Singh, Subash Chandra Bose etc. people followed them because there emotions always flowed through their words, they weren’t empty.

So what we can do is that simply by changing your habitual vocabulary the words you consistently use to describe emotions you can instantaneously change how you think, how you feel, and how you live. In other words, consciously using your words to improve the quality of your life today and for the rest of your life.

The problem is that most often we do not choose our words consciously to describe our emotions.  Any emotions we experience that are distressing, we have habitual words that we unconsciously attach to them, and the challenge of course is the words we attach to our experience become our experience.

It’s not hard to see the impact of this when other people speak to us.  For example, if someone said to you, “I think you’re mistaken,” versus, “I think you’re wrong,” versus, “You’re lying,” would you have a different biochemical response to that simple word? The same exact process happens with the words that we use within ourselves, but unfortunately, we’re less conscious of its impact.

If you want to change your life, if you want to shape your decisions and your actions, shifting your emotional patterns are the key. One fundamental tool that can change it faster than anything else is consciously selecting the words you’re going to use to describe how you feel.  This is how you create a level of choice instead of a habitual reaction.

Consciously selecting the words it gives you the power to change your experiences in life by taking the most negative feelings in your life and lowering their intensity to the point where they no longer control you.  It also can be used to take positive experiences and increase them to even greater heights of pleasure.

What would your life be like if you could take all your negative emotions and lower their intensity consistently? How much greater would the quality of your life be if you could intensify every positive experience you’ve ever had?

There is an assumption that knowing indicates consciousness and that speaking words offer evidence of that knowing.  But it doesn’t.  There can be a delinking between a person’s mind and his or her deeper internal world, which means he or she can talk and talk and talk and be completely delinked from the words he or she says.  If you’re on the receiving end, it can feel a bit like a trip to the twilight zone.

When someone is unable to follow through on what he or she says with behaviors that match, there is a self-awareness glitch.  But it is not just some people.  It is part of the human condition.   If our conscious has not developed a relationship with our internal self, they will operate independently until we actively begin to familiarize them with one another and integrate.  It is then when emotions begin to align with words and vice versa.  For each individual's personal journey, this is perhaps life’s most profound and confounding challenge.

Someone has very well said “Does not think that word means what you think it means”.
