MCA releases the date on which provisions of Sec 32 & 40 of Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 shall come into force

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has appointed 18th March 2021, as the date on which provisions of Sec 32 & 40 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 shall come into force. Read the official notification below:

MCA releases the date on which provisions of Sec 32 and 40 of Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 shall come into force

S.O. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 (29 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the 18th March, 2021 as the date on which the provisions of section 32 and section 40 of the said Act shall come into force.
