MCA releases the date on which provisions of Sec 32 & 40 of Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 shall come into force

Companies Act 2020: Sections 32 and 40 Effective March 18

S.O.  (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 (29 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the 18th March, 2021 as the date on which the provisions of section 32 and section 40 of the said Act shall come into force.
